Health Club Memberships
Upon successful completion of the Lucas County Wellness Program Contract, the employee is eligible for 50% reimbursement of the cost of the program up to a maximum of $400.00 for a single contract and $600.00 for a family contract in any 12-month period. In order to be eligible for family reimbursement, the employee and one member of the family, age 13 and over, must both sign a contract and meet the attendance requirements as stated in the contract. For health club membership reimbursement, you must attend a minimum of 52 times in six months or 104 times in a year. In addition to health club reimbursements, other exercise classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Weight Watchers, etc. may also be eligible for reimbursement.
