| Construction work
which is performed along county
and township rights-of-way is required to have a permit and be inspected
by the Lucas County Engineer’s Office. This work includes sidewalks, curbs, gutters and other construction
and/or repairs made within the rights-of-way. Inspection requests can be made
by calling our 24 hour inspection request line at 213-4540. If you have
an inspection request, please give your name and phone number, along with the type of
inspection being requested. The date you would like the inspection and the location is also
needed. There is no fee for these permits and services. Again, to schedule an inspection request
or for further information, please call 213-4540. (minimum of 2 days advanced notice required)
