When a property owner connects to a storm sewer, manhole or catch basin or a roadside ditch
along a county or township road, a permit is required from the Lucas County Engineer’s Office.
There is no fee for this permit and service. If you would like additional information,
please call 213-4540 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.
